Positive: Clean well-presented room. Garden access. Private corner. Good stock-up pantry/mini kitchen. Roomy bathroom. Comfy firm bed. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Close to bus-stops & exchange. Quick ride into CBD.

Negative: Can be a bit noisy given being a storey family house.

Summary: Very good value for a homey staycation and easy access to CBD, Takapuna, Devonport.
